The cut of the fabric is the first essential step in the sofa manufacturing. According to various models, we have created outlines together with all the concerning references for the covering of sofas, that is a handmade operation carried out with special care.

Once cut, all the pieces are checked and placed in the processing boxes.

During the phase of sewing, various operations are performed according to the model. Such operations concern the cleaning-up, the setting of the rivet, the union of pieces, which are checked and placed in the processing boxes.

The padding is realized by the shaping of polyurethane blocks. In this way every single component is created for the production of sofas or armchairs.

The framework of sofas and armchairs is made with solid high quality wood; every model is assembled making reference to the basic lists previously created; rigorous tests are carried out on each framework in order to ensure quality and high durability.

The phase of assembly is executed by the ancient wisdom of skilful hands. Every side is hand finished with needle and thread and the underlying framework is lined with calico and finished up with braids.
